Payment & Refund Policy
Please read our payment and refund policies carefully before booking.
Fare Calculation
- Fares are calculated based on the customer's actual pickup and drop-off points.
- Any distance or price estimate provided online is approximate and may vary based on the actual route taken.
Advance Booking
- To confirm a booking, an advance payment of ₹500 is required.
- This advance amount will be adjusted in the final fare payable at the end of the trip.
Refund Policy
The ₹500 advance booking amount is NON-REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation by the customer.
We commit our resources and drivers to your booking once confirmed. Cancellations cause loss of business and time for our drivers.
Extra Charges
- Toll Tax, State Tax, Parking: These are to be paid by the customer if not explicitly included in a package.
- Night Charges: May apply for travel during late night hours.
- Airport Entry Fee: The customer is liable to pay any airport entry or parking fees (₹200 for IGI Airport).
Vehicle Availability
We strive to provide the exact vehicle model booked (e.g., Innova Crysta). However, in case of unforeseen circumstances or unavailability, we reserve the right to provide a similar vehicle in the same category.
Tour Packages
For multi-day tour packages, an advance payment of up to 20% of the total tour cost may be required to confirm the booking.
